Each of these rooms is appointed with a two person whirlpool
tub, a wood burning fireplace and queen size futon. The
Skylight and Gothics rooms have separate showers and The
Esther Room has a shower over the tub. The Skylight Room
even has a skylight right over the tub! Each room has a two
person whirlpool bath. After a day of hiking return to the
Inn, pull off your boots, and slip into a warm and relaxing
whirlpool bath. Occupancy 4.

Upstairs, Skylight is in front,
Gothics in back. Downstairs, Esther is in the back. The
three rooms are in the back of the inn and have a separate
entrance, giving them a nice private feeling. Honeymooners
and those who desire more privacy love these rooms. Each
room has a king-sized bed, nice stained glass reading lights
by the bed. Wood-burning fireplaces enhance the
coziness of these rooms. Remember, here in the mountains, we
have cool nights most of the year, so winter is not the only
season for curling up with someone special. Two of the
fireplaces have granite hearths made from locally-quarried
stone; the other is faced in marble.
The windows on the back echo the lines of
the windows in the original, 1902 summer home that has
become Trail's End Inn. All of the rooms have lots of
windows looking out on the trees. We tried to bring the
feeling of Adirondack sleeping porches to these rooms, but
still allow the space to be used year-round.
Each of the rooms has a futon couch.
These convert to comfortable queen-sized beds if you want to
share with another couple or have a place to park the kids.
There's still lots of room for rollaway beds, too, if you
need them. (Extra person charges apply if more than two
people occupy the room.)
